1. Overview

This website is operated by Keipach. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Keipach. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

2. Age Restriction & Intent of Use

  • Not Intended for Children: All products sold on our store are intended strictly for adult use.
  • Minimum Age: By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your country or province of residence.
  • Safety Warning: Our products are crafting supplies and tools. They must be stored safely out of reach of children and pets at all times.

 

3. Intellectual Property & Mould Copyrights

We sell a mixture of our own original creations and curated designs from external suppliers:
  • Proprietary Custom Moulds: Certain silicone moulds available on this store are designed, sculpted, and manufactured exclusively by us. We retain full copyright and intellectual property rights over these specific custom designs. Purchasing our custom moulds grants you a license to use the physical mould to create resin or other medium art pieces (for personal use or commercial resale). However, you are strictly prohibited from replicating, copying, splitting, or casting our moulds to resell or use duplicate silicone moulds.
  • Third-Party Designs: We also sell high-quality moulds sourced from other independent designers and manufacturers. These designs remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and are subject to their own fair-use rules.

 

4. Chemical Hazards, Safety, & Liability Disclaimer

Epoxy resins, hardeners, inks, and related supplies are chemical compounds that require careful handling.
  • User Responsibility: By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that working with epoxy resin involves inherent safety risks. It is your sole responsibility to read all product labels, safety data sheets (SDS) where provided, and to follow proper safety protocols. This includes working in a well-ventilated space, wearing a proper respirator, and using protective gloves/eyewear.
  • Assumption of Risk: We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, respiratory issues, chemical burns, property damage, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse, improper handling, or storage of our chemical supplies.
  • Mould Performance: We do not guarantee the lifespan of a silicone mould, as longevity depends heavily on the type of resin used, heat applications (such as torches or heat guns), and the user's release techniques.

 

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

6. International Shipping & Customs Compliance

When ordering from outside South Africa:
  • Carrier Handover: You acknowledge that your package will be exported from South Africa via our logistics partner, TUNL, and handed over to international courier networks (such as FedEx or UPS).
  • Import Rules: You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
